  1. is it really possible to lift car with this motor …? How much wattage and volt… this motor have?????? Also tell the RPM….

  2. its possible no matter of rpm because torque requuired to lift is achieved by worm and worm gear. your design should start with how much weight we have to lift against gravity . on this basis calculate torque required . once you get torque its easy to select motor, rpm as well as gear design .

    2. use v. b. bhandari book for gear design.only torque is enough .rpm ,you have to assume it or take some standard value . from torque and rpm power can be found out . next is simple process . to save cost use standard available gears -gear should be selected according to speed ratio calculation.

    3. calculations should be done considering standard worm gear jack . there are lots of worm gear jack design pdf available on google . i will upload the process of this type of jack design soon.
